Ellie is officially five weeks old today! After a struggle to get back up to her birth weight we finally did last week. Then she gain 8 more ounces this week! She is having some blood tests completed to check a liver enzyme that has been elevated. We will monitor this closely.
I have had my maternity leave extended to after labor day. I am getting more and more anxious about returning to work. I keep alternating between staying at home or going back to work...what to do, what to do...
Going back to work was rough for me. But, I got used to it. Nathan stays home with Jack and sometimes I am very jealous, other times I am glad to be the one working. It's a tough decision, for sure!
